Thought everyone did really well during the midterm critique! I'm hoping to make the suggested corrections to my project as soon as possible. Once I do, I'll be posting images of the finished product.

Ivana: I think you have done an excellent job so far, and I have enjoyed watching you push yourself further on each project! I especially enjoyed viewing your small material samples since I felt they really did lead up to the final outcome of your architectonic form! As far as this piece goes..it is very successful and my thought is don't make it so decorative with the shiny mounted pedestal... instead reference simple coil shapes in the base with cork. There is always an exception for every rule, and since you did indeed work so hard to meet the criteria, I feel this piece can go beyond the original it! Thank-you!
